Come as you are in your activewear. It gets hot outside so hats, sunscreen and a bottle of water are key. Let us know when booking if you do not have your own mat - We have mats.
A booking is only secured by payment. We prioritise paid bookings and any payment made on the day will incur a 0.05% fee, provided the session is not sold out.
Any bookings cancelled 7 days prior or more will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled 3 days prior or more will only eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed therafter.
